Trouble Might Come In Ulster Soon
• Received Tuesday, 7.30 p.m. LONDON, March 1. A warning that Eire forces might be sent into Ulster and tliat trouble might come sooner than most people expected, was given at a Belfast Unionist meeting last night by Mr. W. F, McCo.y, Ulster member of Parliament. Lovat" ists should not yield to provocation,, he said. Eire wanted an excuse to raise the partition issue with United Nations or the British Government and to elain? the right to send troops into Northeri) Ireland to protect her nationals. If the British Army was not allowed to interfere it would mean the occupation of Ulster because civilians and police would not be entitled to resist by force of arms without violating international law.
