Takaro Tennis Players Visit Otaki
Last weekend a friendly match was played between the Takaro Tennis Club and Otaki. This was the return game of the season, Otaki naving visited Palmerston North earlier in the season, when they ' were soundly beaten by 20 sets to four. On this occasion, in perfect weather, some very close matches were fought out, and the tennis seen was very good. The home side ran out winners by 170 games to 155, with each team securing 12 se„s.
