Move To Establish Court Of Human Rights

^ Received Monday, 7 p.m. PARIS, Peb. 28. The International Council of the Buropean Movement decided at a plenary session to propose to the Council oi Jtiurope, the estabiishment of a Buropean Court of Human Rights. The convention calls for a Court of mne members chosen from persons of "high morai and professional character. " The list of rights to he jn'otected by law include freedom from arbitrary arrest, detention and exile, freedom from slavery and compulsory labour, ireedom of speech, freedom of association and assembly, equality before the law and freedom from discrimination on account of religions, race or national origin.
