Regent Theatre
Tense, rugge'd melodrama, crowded with violent action, keynotes Universal-International's "Ride the Pink Horse," with Robert Montgomery as director and star, which screens at the Regent Theatre on Thursday and Friday. Fasc-moving thrills of the basketball court and the police court are combined in Paramount's latest action picture based on the famous Big Town radio series, "Big Town Scandal," the second attracfcion. This film, like its exciting and audienee-pleasmg predecessors in the series, co-stars Philip Reed and Hillary Brooke. Dress circle patrons are requested to use the Regent dance hall entrance while ramp alterations are being carried out.
