Motor Union Wants End To Petrol Rationing

. • NAPIER, Feb. 23. An attempt to have petrol rationinsr abolished is to be made by the North Island Motor Union, said the president, Mr. W. H. Rrown, who is now visiting Napier. There was no reason, he said, to continue something which had become an irksome business doing no great good. "I doubt very much whether rationing is necessary and I am supported in this by the motor unions of both Islands. It is serving no good purpdse, so why not give it up altogether."
