Fines Are Pending For Yugoslavs
AUCKLAND, Feb. 22. On arrival by air from Wellington this afternoon, the Minister of Cus- ; toms, Mr. Nash, was asked if prosecutions were pending in connection with illicit cargo which was loaded on the Yugoslav Government ship Partizanka in Auckland. "There is no need to prosecute," Mr Nash replied. "We can fine without that." " s "Will that be done?'.' Mr. Nash was asked. "Oh, yes. It will be done," he replied. "It will be done in a day or so."
