Received .Sunday, 7 p.m. BATAVIA, Feb. 20. Dutch killed in Indonesia numbered slightly over 300 according to a„ Dutch Army statement issued here dekying a statement made by Dr. L. N. Palar, Indonesian delegate to the Security Council at Lake Suceess, in which he said the Dutch killed numbered 1500. The Duteh statement said: "The impression which Dr. Palar tries to establish — that there is Still a Republican force led by the military governors — lacks all foundation. There is no question about any mutiny among Dutch troops in Sumatra, consequently no truth about the execution of 213 Duteh soldiers. " There is no question of any 'reprisals' on the civilian population from the Duteh side." The statement added that there is no consorship in Indonesia and that press rfepresentati-ves are allowed to travel in the newly oceupied territories. A review of the week 's military operations, issued at tlie same time, reported a continuation of c'learing actions against "gangs" throughout Java and, referring to Central Java, stated: ' ' Actions to wipe them out have started, " A revival of " gang activity" in Northeast .Sumatra was reported. Meanwhile, news reached here today oi: a guerrilla attack on two tobacco estates near Medan, North Sumatra, last' night, in which three Dutch planters were killed and four woujided. .
