Given fine weather on Saturday, sports will continue throughout the district. Among the various activities will be those given below. Cricket Seniors: Foxton v. College, at Foxton; Old Boys v. Paraparaumu, at Paraparaumu; Weraroa v. Shannon, at Weraroa; Levin v. Otaki, at Otaki. Juniors: College A v. Otaki, at Levin Park Domain No. 2; College B v. Foxton, at Levin Park Domain No. 1; Kuku, a bye, Softbali Women: Kotahitanga v. Raukawa, at Otaki; Punahau v, Aces. The bus will leave the stand at 1.30 p.m. Local men players will be advised later of their draw. Tennis B grade: Levin v. Foxton, at Horowhenua College; Shannon v. Koputaroa, at Ihakara; Otaki v. Weraroa, at Otaki; St. Joseph's v. Manakau, at Manakau; Te Horo, a bye. C grade: Levin v. Weraroa, at Weraroa; Foxton v. St. Joseph's, at Foxton. Bowling The foliowing teams will represent the Central club in the match against Foxton on Saturday morning to 'decide the winners of the Southern Division of the Manawatu Bowling Centre's pennants competition: — Broadbent, Fletcher Lacey, Irving (s) ; Braid, Seddon, Sharp, JBennett (s) ; Poad, Wilkins, H. Bowater, K. Bowater (s) ; Lester, Hartstonge, Martin, Clark (s) .
