AUCKLAND, Feb. 8. On Sunday evening when the Aorangi was less than one day out of Suva, an emergency call was flashed over the liner's communications system for the services of a registered nurse, Sister Eileen Peich, of Brisbane, a passenger, hurried to the ship's hospital and within a few minutes helped in the delivery by the ship's surgeon, Dr. •Basil Williams, of a five pounds' baby girl, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. Fromer, of Wellington. Though three weeks before expected, the child ceiebrated its entry into .the world with healthy crying which told the father all was well. The ship's matron was ill when the call for lielp was made. On the Aorangi 's previous trip to New Zealand a baby boy was born aboar.d.
