Dress For N.Z. Cricketers While in England

WELLINGTON, Feb. 9. Members of the New Zealand cricket ueam, in addition to being supplied with blazers by the New Zealand Cricket Council, will almost certainly be provided with a complete set of playing apparel at no cost to themselves, it was reporte'd today. The players will take dinner srnts, but will wear soft white shirts instead of starched shirts with formal dress on account of the difficulty of getting laundry done in England. Playing gear will be obtained on the team's arrival in England. • The many invitations issued to the team will be considered by the manager, Mr. J. H. Phillipps, on arrival in consultation with Mr Arthur Gilligan, . New Zealand representative in England.
