Victors Share Spoils of War

LONDON, Feb. 5. An official progress report on 'the dismantling in the British Zone, issued last night, shows that the total weight of the shipment so f ar dismantled is nearly 598,000 tons of which 50 per cent has been sent to eighteen countries, says The Times ' Dusseldorf correspondent. The biggest beneficia'ry is Russia with 163,896 tons. Yugoslavia is next with 43,135 tons. France received 18,639 tons, Czechoslovakia 18,618 tons, Britain 13,112 tons, Holland 6509 tons] India 5907 tons, and Australia 4410 tons. The United States received only 1500 tons. Industrial plants numbering 247 have now been completely ' dismantled while dismantling is in progress at 189 plants leaving 101 on which work has yet to start.
