OTTAWA, Feb. 3. The day will come when Britain will find it impossible to liquidate her debts to Canada, said Mr. Joseph Bradette (Liberal, Ontario) in the Commons today. Mr. Bradette said under such conditions it would be proper for Canada to forget the debt "for the eimple reason that Britain had paid in blbod something beyond anythihg whieh eaa be eounted in monetary eonsideration.,,
