WELLINGTON, Jan. 30. Good times and excellent athleties were features at the Basin Eeserve, Wellington, yesterday when the annual Wellington-Cauterbury athletic meeting was held. Canterbury won the day by 41 points to 40. Highlights were a fast three miles by J. Daly (Canterbury) 14min 58sec, a good half mile by G. Waller (Wellington) lmin 59.9sec, and the eqnalling of the New Zealand 75 yards record by Mrs. J. Shaw, of Canterbury, 8.8 secs.
