The Governor of South Australia (Sir Willoughby Norrie) , Ladjr Norrie and his aide de camp, Captain Michael Trasenngster, will arrive in Auckland .by air today. They will he t'he guests of the New Z.ealand Government. After visiting Taupo, Rotorua and Waitomo, they will "go to Wellington ■ as the guests of the Governor-General from February 4 to 9. A well known resident of Leyin, Mr. Peter Young, of Seddon Street, is at present in the* Palmerston North Hospital. At a meeting of the Pipe Band Gontest Committee, mention was made by the secretary of the good work Mr. Young had done in connection with the arrangements for the billeting of the bandsmen. Mr. c. J. Taplin, representing the.Legion of Frontiersmen, also paid a tribute to Mr. Young's work and it was resolved to send a letter to him with good wishes for a quick return to health.
