WELLINGTON, Jan. 19. The first prize of £2000 in the "Happy New Year" art union, Which was drawn today, went to ficket number 195054, held under the nom-de-plume of "Frances," Wellington. The other principal prizes were won as foUows: — • Second prize, £500 : 203388, "Two Redheads," Wellington. , Third prize, £250: 60638,- "Late Call," JHanmer Springs. „ Fourth prize, £150: 45740, "Ethel and Maude," Temuka. Fifth prize, £100: 200523, Saxton, f4 Desbo>rqugh Street, Epsom, Auckland.
