TRIAL FOR TOURING TEAM
CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 17. The New Zealand teams for the fulidre.ss trial matches to.assist the selectors of the.cricket team which is to leave the Hominion on Februarv 20 to tou'r Englaud were announced this morning. The niatch between a team cliosen t'rom the South Island major associatiyns and a South Island XI will begiii li Christchurch on Friday and that be;ween the North Island major and ninor association teams will start at Wellington on Saturday.
