Australian Olympian Coming To New Zealand
V ■ WELLINGTON, Jan. 14. ■r Miss Shirley Strickland, ^the Western * Australian Olympic Games representative, will definitely be a member of the Australian athletic team to visit New Zealand next month, according to an announcement today by Mr. H. I. Austad, chairman of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association. At the Olympic Games Miss Stric^and gained third place in both the 100 and 80 metres hurdle ftnals, and was fourth in the 200 metres final.
