SHANNON STILL LEADS
With the teams well into the second round of the Horowhenua Cricket Association5s senior competition, Shannon still holds agood lead over other clubs with 41 points. Eleven points behind Foxton and Weraroa run second, while Old Boys and Paraparaumu are equal with 17 points eaGh. Otaki 1 and Levin (15) and College (14) are the last three placings. Otaki has a clear lead over other teams in the junior 'Section. With 37 points 'in the hook they are 16 ahead of their closest contestants, College A, who hold 21 points. Kuku, College B and Foxton each have 16 points to their credit.
