COMMONER SEES DISQUIETING SIGNS
Received Wednesday, 10.20 a.m ^ LONDON, Jan. 11. The Commoner, Mr. Marnles, who has just returned from a tour of Germany, ineluding Berlin and the Russian zone, said in a speech that it was disquieting in the extreme to nnd that German youths are bandmg together and starting small ■ secret societies whieh were such a conspicuous feature of the preHitler regime. , "Tbey are small and ineffeetive, but the danger signals are there and can only be disregarded, at our own peril. Speed irf tackling the problem is essential."
