Eeceived Tuesday, 7 p.m. BERLIN, Jan. 11. Nazi-minded nationalistic groups are again raising tkeir heads in Germany, said General Lueius Clay, United Btates Military Governor, in his monthly report. He said demoeratic German leaders are beeoming uneasy over the revival of jiationalistic groups. ' ' O.ne of the movements is a revival of Otto Btrasser's infamous Blac.k Front under the seemingly innocuous name of League for German Revival. Strasser, now living in Canada, is reported to be planrting a return to Germany in ilareh. A second of these groups is the Natioual Uemocratic Party whieh met at Ctuttgart on November 20. ...Dr. Strasser, aged 51, has been living on a farm at Bridgetown, Xova Bcotia, since 1043. He broke with Hitler in 1030 and became a political exile after bi.s brotlier Gregor, then Xov 2 Xazi,, Avas killed in the big partv purge in 1034. Commenting on General Clay's re port, Dr. Strasser said he intended tu return to Germany to "lead a raJly of German demoeratic forces." He added: "You might describe our movement as a rally by German demoerajtic people similar to that headed byr General de Gaulle in France. ' ' The Canadian External Affairs Department said today that Dr Strasser 's applica-tion for a passport to return to Germany would be dealt with in eonsultation with the Governments whieh might be interested in his movements.
