Personal Messrs Pat'Cootes and Mick Rikihana, of Otaki, are inmates of the Palmerston North Hospital. Mrs. H. Grant, Raukawa Street, has returned from a short holiday in Napier. Royal, or Cunvent Road. Successful Dance A iuriner aance arranged by the Angiican Beach Hall uommittee, which took piace on Monday, drew a record attendance, and the piano lund Denehted considerably. Mr. and Mrs. H. Tews provided the dance music and Mr. H. Jackson was the MU. Unfortunate Accident ivir. iNoei Muagway, of Te Horo, met with a distressing accident under unusual circumstances on Thursday evening. While preparing to practice cycling on the Otaki Domain he and his brother, Ian, collided, the latter travelling at a fasD pace on his racing cycie. The impact was severe and was heard for some distance. Both were temporarily knocked out, and Noel was badly cut about the face. He was immediately conveyed to a doctor's surgery nearby and, after receiving attention, was taken home. Ian fared much better and was little1 the worse for the mishap.
