Pails Not Coming To N.Z. This Season
WELLINGTON, Jan. 6. Dinny Pails, the Australian professional tennis star- is not coming to New Zealand this season as coach to the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association, announced the chairman of the management committee, Mr. A. H. Richards, yesterday. Owing to shipping diflieultiQS, said Mr. Richards, Pails would be available in New Zealand for only eight or nine weeks this season, and it had been decided to hold over the negotiations until next season, when he will have completed his Eurdpean tour. He is due in England in April. "A professional team, headed by Kramer and possibly including top American women players, will visit Australia early riext season and it is hoped that they will come to New Zealand either before or after that tour," said Mr. Richards.
