AUCKLAND, Dee. 19. A Maori man was drowned while bathing in the Kaituna River at Te Puke on Saturday. He was Tai Moana O'Callaghan, aged 21. 0 'Callaghan had been hajrmaking and late in the afternoon he went with some friends for a swim in fihe river. He was not a strong ewimmer and was swe-pt away. The Jjody was recovered this afternoon.
