, A Reuter cable states that Lord Nuffield. left in the Dominion. Monaach on. a tour of South Africa, Australia" and New Zealand. Mrs. E, Willis, of . Manakau, has left on a three weeks' visit to her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ian Willis, Murchison. It is expected that Mrs. Ian Willis and family will return with her for a holiday in Manakau. The death is reported from Sydney of the world-famous bone specialist, Dr. Max Hertz, of Ma'c- , quarie Strdet. A clause in his will askedT the. death- to be kept secret and no publici.ty given to the funeral. Dr. Hertz died of heart. failtire in his ov/n hospital: He graduated at Munich in' 1899 and was registe'red in Australia in 1910.
