Russian Rearmament In Germany
Received Wednesday, 9 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 14. The Russians are attempting to camouflage their policy of rearmament in the Soviot zone of Germany by distributing Germans who have been thoroughly trained as police and shock troops in small groups in nationalised and private factories, according to the Britishlicensed German newspaper, ihe Telegraf. The Telegraf says that this method has been copied from the Black Reichswehr — the illegal German Army built up after the first world war— detachments of which were stationed on Junkers' estates disguised as land workers.
