Removed Own Appendix
LONDON,. Dec. 10. Reuter 's . Hamburg correspondent says a German doptor, Theodor Herr, claims to have taken out his own appendix. He said he used novocain as a loeal anaesthetic. Half Sitting and half lying he then carried out the operation as an assistant handed him the instruments. Dr. Herr added that he used no mirrors, and was ahle to get up next morning and attend to his patients.
