A predictiou that big iucreases iu clothing prices will occur shortly as the 'resultof the splash buying of Australian wool by Kussia, is made by the Sydney Sun which says: "Soviet buyers are on our market with the lid off and. prices they are paying leave lo^al brokers little chanee of competing." The article adds thp,t wool experts believe that the prices of men's suits, women 's costnmes, blankets and children 's clothing, will make the first of a sAries of jumps early next month or sooner. A general increase of £1 to "30s is expected to be the initial rise in ratail items such as suits and costumes*
