A penguin was Seen once before on the road between Rapahoe and Runanga, having waiked a rniie from ihe beaeh. In a report of the PalxnerstOn North Onristmas cheer appeai yesterday it was stated that Miss Chapman'-Oohen was among the oollectors. This Shotild have beell , Miss Caroline Chapman.
