Harrmgton proposed to build a new kitchen at the rear of nis Shop, such work being necessitated by '6he introductibn of a new ameridment to the Health Regiilajtions. Nelson Said that.he had seen the area concerned and did .not think that there -was a fire risk involved, as the distance from the proposed exterision to any other .buiiding was too gr'eat.
