Baby Prince Has His First Outing
Received Monday, 10.25 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 5. Princess Elizabeth's baby son had his first outing this afternoon. His nurse, Sister Helen Rowe, wheeled him round the gardens of Buckingham Palace in a prambulator for half an hour. Princess Elizabeth did not go out. Princess Elizabeth has acceptefl a christening cake from the National Association of ^ Master Bakers and made by students of the London National Bakery School. Tne cake weighs more than one hundre'dweight, is 36 inches high, square in design and is surmounted by a sugar cahopy supporting a Royal crown. The subjects on the side panels include Princess Elizabeth's and the Duke of Edinburgh's arms and a scene depicting motherhood. Shields at the cake base and round the top display the Royal monogram and rampant hcrnl'd'c lions.
