Received Monday, 9.40 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 14. The Jewish Government has -received a forrnal order from the United Nations medlator in Palestine, Dr. Ralph Bunche, to establish a demilitarised zone in the Negev, withdraw the Israeli forces behind this line by November 19 and return Beersheba to the Arabs, says the Assoclated Press' Tel Aviv correspondent. A Jewish Foreign Office spokesman declared that the order was "astounding and unrealistic." The Israeli Prime Minister, Dr. David Ben-Gurion, immediately called a special Cabinet session for fconight.
