Attempted Assassination In Cairo
Received Wednesday. 11 a.m. CAIRO, Nov. 9. Four guards were hit by machine I gun bullets when an unsuccessf ul j attempt was made last night to assassinate the Wafdist leader, Nahas: Pasha, as he was leaving his car outside his chome. A state of emergency has been proclaimed in Cairo as a result oi the attempted assassination.
