Late Mr. Plaster's Funeral Largely Attended
The funeral of'the late Mr. W. H. Plaster, whose death oceurred on Sunday and terminated a residence in Levin extending over 36 years, was held yesterday. There was a large attendance for the service at St. John's Methodist Church, of which Mr. Plaster had been a devoted adherent. It was bonducted by Rev. H. S. Kings, who later officiated at the graye*side. The pall-bearers from the church were Messrs. H. Baumber, A. J. H. Allen, G. Winter, C. Walker, L. R. Spencer and E. S. W. Earsons (Wellington) .v To the 'grave'side the casket was borne by Messrs. F. Baumber, A. C Kennerley, L. Baker, J. Bowler, G. R. Williams and W. Bignall. . Numerous floral emblems bore testimony to the esteem in whiqh the late Mr. Plaster was held in the community. They induded tributes from Me'ssrs. Harvey and France, Ltd., the stafl of Messrs. Harvey and France, Ljtd., trustees ! of St. John's Methodist Church, Methodist Ladies' Guild, Levin Methodist Choir, WtDmen's Chtjs-T tion Temperance Union, St. John's Youth Council, Independenit Order of Rechabites, Levin Amateur 'SWimming Club and Sa'lvatioji Army Home League.
