Planes In Berlin Air Lift To Be Replaced
Received Tuesday, 10.10 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 8. British-European Airways announced that the Dakotas and Vikings chartered from them for the Berlin air lift would be taken off soon, as the present contract expired, and four-engined aircraft would be used. The fleet of Halifaxes will he increased from ten to about 24.
