Narrow Escape With Power Cement Mixer

Operating an electrically driven .cement mixer at his place of employment yesterday, a young man, Mr. Bernard Webb, had a narrow escape. The machine had been switched on and was running for some time when Mr: Webb gripped it with bot'h hands. He received the full , force of 230 volts through his body and was drawn over the machine. Unable to let go, he eventually attracted the attention of another employee, who broke the cord attached to the machine.. Mr. Webb, who was wearing wet boots at the time, escaped with a severe shaking.
