LONDON, Nov. 3. Britain 's lirst combined air-naval exercises under stimulated conditions of atom warfare, will take place as the Home Fleet neaa-s . Britain on its return from its AVest 'Indies crnise. .The homeward bound fleet which will be known as the Red Force, will attempt an invasion of the British coasts and will b'e resisted by a Blue Force, a strong force of submarines and surface vessels backed by heavy air support.
