WELLINGTON, NOV, 4, , December petrol coupons will be available at double their normal face value, said the Minister of Supply, Mr. Nordmeyer, today* This extra petrol is being made, ayail- , able to 4ase the; strain oh - public transport facilities durihg the Christmas holiday period. . coupons- . 10, .11 and 12 vthich have -not been expendeh will therefore be available in November.. In addition, coupons 13, 14 and 15 will be available for -November :at full face value, or they may be utilised in December. Coupons 16, 17 and 18 will be available either in December . or J anuary -at double face value. Coupohs 10,. 20 and 21 will be available in january or Febru-ar-y at full face values To enable taxis to cope with the extra Christmas . rush, a further 20 gallons will be allotted tn December for each single-shift taxi and 30 gallons for each doubleshift taxi. A special allowance .of. ten gallons will b'e made for rental cars.
