Received Wednesday, 7 p,m. SYDNEY, Nov. 3. William Benjamin Harvey Bugg, aged 17, was eommitted for trial today by the Coroner after an inquest into the deaths of James Lyon Walker Barton, aged 50, and Lnie Loveday Barton, aged 45, at Wallerawang, on September 26. After praising the able manner in which the police had investigated and presented the case, the Coroner added: ' ' When you learn of mongrels in the city streets bashing and maiming people and people standing by and .doing ' nothing to assist poliecmen, it makes you mad. . Citizens have the power to arrest a eriminal and should make use of that power."
