Reuter's correspondent at Tientsin reports that the British and American Consular authorities today adyised their respective nonessential nationals to evacuate to safer areas w-hjle transport facilities are still available. At the same time they discouraged panic or exoreme alarm. The British eommunity in Tientsin exceeds 500 persons and there are 180 Americans.
