WELLINGTON, Oct. 11. The New Zealand Rugby Union ha? ' approved the South Afriean proposal j that the All Blacks leave bv tbe Taina- : roa late in April and due in Cape 1 Town in the middle of Mav, returning by the Dominion Monarch leaving Cape Town about September 23. The union decided that players may include dress suits iu their kits if they desire.
