"Today we all know that liberty must he defended day and night, no matter whether the threat comes from armies • or from- seeret police and dictators." Mr. Morrison: reviewed Britain's" post-war economic efforts. "With the help of the European recovery programme, we hope to be out of the red by 1953. By July of this year our exports were up to 140 per cent of the 1938 level. I think we can feel justly proud."
