AUCKLAND, Oct. 10. Missing since 6 p.m. Pridav when he left his home in a small dinghy, a resident of South Oove, Kawau Island, is believed drowned. He is Mr. Franeis Owen Nops, aged 37, farmer, married 1 with two children. Mr. Nops left the .southern side of .South Oove on a daily trip to Mansion House, a distanee of about two miles, to collect mail. When he did not arrive a search was begun. The dinghy and oue oar were found washed np on the shore of South Harbo'ur, Kawau, on Saturday afternoon.
