Chinese Troops Out Of Last Stronghold
Received Thursdav, 9.40 p.m. SHANGHAI, Oct. 7. Changchun, the last Government stronghold in Manchuria, has been evacuated, according to the 'Chinese newspapei- Takung Pao. The evacuation of Changchun is believed to be in aecordance with one of, the decisions reached at top level military conferences held rocently in Peiping under the chairmanship of Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek,.
