Someone Now Wants To Buy Freak Chicken
Interest in the freak animals which have been born in Levin during the past week has spread to Hawke's Bay, Yesterday afternoon "The Chronicle" received a telephone call,from Hastings seeking further information about the four-fegged chicken hatched on the property of Mr. E. Martin, York Street. ' The enquirer wished to knpw if the ehicken could be purehased, stating that he was acting on behalf of a friend whose hobby wa.s collecting freak animals.
