Noisy Element At Theatre
^ (To the Editor) Sir, — I would like to protegt about a certain element which attends the Regent Theatre. Their behaviour is appalling and the noise they make completely spoiis the entertainment for other people. Cannot something be done; to either prevent these people from goiing to the theatre or else curbing them once they get inside? Another thing I would mention' is the showing of trailers. Quite 20 mifiutes is wasted with these. when most of us would lake to see; some good newsreels or a decenti comedy. In most eities a theatre'sj fuli programme is advertised in the papers, but in Levin all we get is the name of the big picture plus "good supports," which are often very poor.
