Bowling Notes
The Otaki Railway Bowling "Club wili ho,.d its official opening on Saturday next at 2 p.m. to which all members, friends and ladies are invited. Following the opening, a tournament will be played on the succeeding day, commencing at 10.30 a.m. Two rinks from the Otaki Bowling Ciub have been invited to the opening of the Otaki Railway green on Saturday next. Those who are available to play should advise the selector, Mr. L. Walsh. October 16 is the date fixed for the opening of the Otaki green. Both the local greens are reported to be in excellent order, and , prospects for bowlers during tne coming season are bright.
