U.S. Will Not Get Out Of Korea
WASHTN GTON, Sept. 30. The United States in a brief Note delivered to Moscow this week tohi the Soviet that the question of the withdrawal of all the occupation troops from Korea was "part of the larger question of Korean unity and independencC." The United States at the appropriate time would present its views on the eutire issue to the United Nations General Assemhly. The Soviet announced 011 September 19 that it would withdraw its troops from North Korea by December 31 and suggested that the United States also withdraw from South Korea.
