Pedestrian Crossings
A letter. from the Commissioner of Transport, Wellington, forwarding a copy of regulations setting out design and dimensions of pedestrian • crossings, was read at the Borough Council meeting on Wednesday night. It was agreed that three pedestrian crossings be prepared, one at 'the State School, one at the Civic Theatre, and one at Otaki Railway. The assistance of Traffic Inspector G. Davis is to be sought in preparing the crossings.
