Hibokhibok. A Philippines naval patrol ves- : sel broadcast an urgent radio ap- j peal to all ships within call to proceed to the island and remove the remaining 15,000 inhabitants. Guinsiliban and Binone, designated as the embarkation ports, are small towns on the south-east coast of the island, which is in the Mindanao Sea, only a dozen miles north of the big. island of - Mindanao, where thousands fled after the big eruptions last week.
