Rh,cing Club has amended tlie balloting conditions in the programme for its spring, meeting- to be he!d; at Trentham' on Odtober 16, 23 and 25 which will guarantee all horses aCcepted for atrdeasrt^'rfne start at tl^e meeting. •' The new condition in the October programme states that any horse eliminated at its first aeceptance will not be subject to elixniiiation or.ballot at its next subsequent aeceptance.
